Interest in a registry?

    Fellow MHe owners,

    A recent thread has, once again, raised the issue of an owner's registry for MH900e motorcycles. I wonder how many of you would be interested in such a registry and, if you're interested, what you'd like to see in such a document.

    Things that come to my mind are:
    Current owner
    Past owners
    Current location
    Past locations
    Current running status (ridden daily, ridden occasionally, sitting in the living room, racing!, wrecked and salvaged)
    Current appearance status(stock, Carbon Dream body, custom paint, other mods, etc.)

    Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

    If there is significant interest in this endeavor I'll start another thread asking for information from owners to begin filling in the blanks. Heck, I might even be able to do a quick, semi-standardized web page with a picture and short blurb for each bike/owner for those interested in such a thing.

    im up for it,if enough interest....we also need to do a worldwide up to date bike number list.
    ive got a MINI JCW GP ( very limited edition) also limited to 2000 units worldwide. these are all numbered in the same way and were sold to most countries eg 40% USA + 40% UK... there is a number list of those car numbers and only about 50-60% are traceable (or known where they are). Its nice to see what numbers are where and so it would be nice to know where your bike number's sister might be...
    if need be (ive started)as ive recorded already about 200+ bike numbers logging where they are in the world..

    Maybe we can merge your list with the one I have. One which I know is not up to date. This one, last updated January 2008, was floating on the original MH900e Owners Club site and has details for 390 bikes. I have a few more recent bikes checking in (26), but have never updated the longer list. Send me an e-mail if you want me to forward that list.
