  1. GET READY FOR FOUR UNFORGETTABLE DAYS ON THE RED PLANET

Taking part in WDW (World Ducati Week) 2010 means landing on a Red Planet for an unforgettably electrifying all-day, all-night, all-round experience!

The evening of Thursday 10th June the Red Planet Movida lifts off along the Riviera: check out the Red Planet’s satellite pubs and clubs and discover tasty cocktails specially created for WDW 2010!

On Friday the Red Planet Rocks: prepare for a stunning show with anti-gravity acrobatics from stuntmen and freestylers, followed by impressive musical performances with a distinct “blues made in Italy” rhythm.

The WDW 2010 Saturday brings us the Red Planet Show: following the traditional presentation of the official Ducati Moto GP Team and Ducati Xerox Team riders, the Misano race circuit will host an eye-popping show put on by international performing arts troupes, top-level stars of globally successful tours and events such as those seen at the Athens Olympics opening and closing ceremonies.

Participants will also have the opportunity to see an exceptional performance by four Ducati Bands, specially selected to play in front of a unique audience of faithful friends: and if you’re a Ducatista and play in a band you can take part in the selection!

Preparations at Ducati are in full swing: all you have to do is be there! Purchase your pass for 4 unforgettable days on the Red Planet by 30th April and you can also enjoy the discounted pre-sale price.

Go to http://wdw2010.ducati.com/jspwdw2010/index.jsp?lang=en for more information or to purchase tickets!

I am going! I will depart this time next week. We get there early for visits to the Factory, and riding a 1098S for a few days coordinated by Ducati and ending with the Moto GP

The day after I get back I will go to Vegas and pick up #1807!

  5. Excellent, Johnny! I hope you'll post a writeup of your adventures in Europe when you get back (or maybe even whilst you're still there?). If you want to stick in any photos and are having trouble, then let me know and we'll work it out somehow.

    Have FUN!!!

So I went with the Ducati presidents, They all got supplied bike, I had to rent on my own as a VP. I rode a 1098S with Zard exhaust and a Ventura rack and bag.

The first part of the week we rode all over Northern Italy including Mugello for the Moto GP, tons of wine, grappa and twisty roads (but not in that order)Wednesday we headed to Rimini where we stayed overlooking the Adratic Sea during the 4 days of WDW. Downtown was a huge Ducati party Friday and Saturday. To me it was one of the best parts of the trip. I am told there were 60,000 bikes there

I am not smart enough to know how to do it, but the pictures are great!! How do I upload them?

    Posted 2 months ago #
  10. First you have to find someplace on the web to host your pictures. Photobucket or a number of other sites will give you a limited amount of space at no charge. When you upload your photos there you will find an http: address for them which you'll need to display those photos here.

Once you have your pics hosted, copy this text and paste it into your post on a new line..... <img src="

Then stick in your pic's location in the format http://www.yourpicsurl.com/yourpicsfilename.gif (or .jpg or whatever) with no spaces between the " in the line you pasted and the picture's address.

Then cut this text and paste it into that line with no spaces between the address and the...... " />

    It should read like:

img/ src="http:/www.yourpicture.com/name.jpg" />, except I've removed the < that is the first character of the line (if I type it the site will try to post a picture that doesn't exist and you'll see a box with an "X" in it.
