If anyone has the titanium factory exhaust that they would like to sell, I'll pay the new parts price. The last price I saw for it was 3600 euro, which is about $5000.

  2. Wow .... you really want that exhaust. I want one too, but this price is waaaay to rich for me. I settled for the Staintune, which I think is 2nd best. Good luck and if you do find one, don't forget to share pics and a sound clip

I still want the exhaust, and I'll pay the $5000. If you have ever heard them you would agree they are worth it. I screwed around thinking they would always be available plus I had never heard them. Then last summer at Laguna I meet another guy from Vegas that had them. It was love at first sight.
I hope he's still not mad at me for trying to swipe his. I didn't think he would notice when I swapped mine onto his. Some people just can't take a joke. There was no need to shout so many profanities, I wasn't really going to keep them. If he has calmed down, I'd still like to have them.

I agree with you Tom, i got a full termi on mine and WOW, so much more "in you face (ears)"than a staintune... and what a sound. The air pressure behind the cans, the thunder, and got people know when you REV it... Im sorry to say that mines not for sale as i would regret it after ,i know for sure... im unable to post a pic on here but ive got one on facebook under "mh900e owners" pages. look for my wifes name "josie house"... good luck in finding one ,and yes i would say its worth you paying $5k for one... (i would)

  6. VYRUS,

Last time I was on the Ducati Saarland website they still listed having these available. Have you contacted them? Their website is linked in the top banner of this page!

I've contacted Saarland and they don't have it any more. I wish they would take it down, it's killing me to look at it. I just had my suspension redone. I didn't want to use a Ohlins. The price is not the issue. I think the bike looks best with the stock suspension. There are very few things you can do to the bike to improve its looks. But the suspension needed help bad. I had the local Ducati dealer gut the forks and install new cartridges inside. Now they are fully rebuild-able. They did the shock too. It only had 65psi of nitrogen. It should have 200psi. They also cleaned up the valving inside and put a stiffer Ohlins spring on. I had it painted black. I also had a Power Commander put on. The bike rides way better. A month before that, I put the Brembo GP calipers on the front and rear. They work lots better to. I wish I could get rid of some of the dead weight. The metal air box cover on top, weighs a ton, as does the lower pan. Those 2 alone would knock off 80 pounds. I saw someone had a carbon fiber cover for the air box. They left it carbon. I would paint it silver, but I can't find who makes them. If they made a lower pan in carbon, I would paint it silver and enter the next GP with it. Saarland has some aluminium side covers and I'm tempted to get them. The only thing that's stopping me is my wife says if I take one more motorcycle apart in the garage, she'll stop feeding me. Let me think......side covers or food? I'll have to get back to you on that one.

  8. Hi Tom,
off topic sort of......can you give me some more precise details on what was done to the front suspension? I'm still looking for a solution along your lines.
    Thanks,

    Matt.

My dog loves kids...........she can't eat a whole one though.

  9. What about the motocorse exhaust in titanium - it is still available and the quality is far better than Termi.

Can you give a link to the motocorse exhaust?

  11. I sourced one for a customer about a month ago so they are available. Motocorse doesn't have it on their site anymore, but here is one on a Japanese retailers site. Cost is around $4100.

  12. I got a ti system for ducati about a year ago for $2900. brand new.. They were still available from ducati.. I gave my local dealer the part# and lo' and behold they were available in limited qty.. The same on the Carbon Dream Bodywork. It wasn't available as a complete set so i gave him the individual part# and again it was available so i also got my carbon.. :) Call Pat Clark Motorsports in las vegas and ask for fabian...

  13. What's the exhaust part number and I'll look it up.

  14. I got the part #'s from Ducati Saarland website..

  15. Okay, I pulled them from there and entered into Ducati's Arco system - the exhaust and all individual body pieces are canceled and can't be ordered besides the tail #97100025H, which is listed in critical quantity so there is a very limited number still available.

  16. Like i said this was a year ago when i got it.. You snooze you lose..lol I think that pat clark has a complete set of the body work left.. When i got mine they ordered a extra set. They had it on e-bay but i dont know if it sold or not.
